Slabs and ingot are produced by electron-beam vacuum melting with an intermediate capacity. This method allows to obtain ingots with ahomogeneous structure from titanium sponge and scrap CP grades by ASTM or GOST.We may supply titanium slabs and ingots of following grades: Gr1; Gr2; Gr5; Gr9 by ASTM and ВТ1-00; ВТ1-0; ВТ6; PТ-3V; PТ-1М; PТ-7М; 3М; VT3-1 and other by GOST.
We offer slabs of the next dimensions: 160 x 950 x 1000-4000 mm
We offer ingots of the next dimensions:
Ø 400, Length max 4000 mm Ø 600, Length max 4000 mm Ø 800, Length max 4000 mm Ø 1100, Length max 4000 mm Ø 1200, Length max 4000 mm
In addition, we can deliver a hollow bar – large diameter pipe billet, Grade 1, 2 by ASTM or ВТ1-0 GOST.
